FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., February 8, 2019 — The Florida Panhandle is still rebuilding in the wake of Hurricane Michael, and it will take years until the community fully recovers. Wanting to lend a helping hand, Ft. Lauderdale-based RV company Allstar Coaches pledged in November to do its part to aid those affected by the storm by donating $100 from each new RV rental booked through the holiday season. Because of that pledge, the family-owned business has donated $2,300 to All Hands and Hearts, specifically earmarked for Hurricane Michael relief.
“The support from Allstar Coaches will have an incredible impact on individuals and families recovering from Hurricane Michael’s devastation,” said All Hands and Hearts Corporate Engagement Manager Dani Greenwald. “Our volunteers have been working hard in the Florida Panhandle, helping the community by removing and clearing debris, mucking and gutting homes, and performing mold sanitation. We truly appreciate the kind commitment from Allstar Coaches in the wake of this disaster.”
As a Florida-based corporation, the relief effort is of paramount importance to Allstar Coaches. The company’s founder and CEO, Rob Tischler, has made Fort Lauderdale home for 22 years, having raised two children with his wife and business partner, Kerri Tischler, in the Sunshine State.
“As a Floridian, we’re always worried about the next big hurricane. Our hearts go out to everyone who is still recovering from this terrible act of nature. We just wanted to do what we could to aid those affected,” said Tischler. “We know that All Hands and Hearts will put the donation to good use by helping in the ongoing recovery efforts.”

The organization addresses the immediate and long-term needs of communities impacted by natural disasters by listening to the locals and deploying engaging volunteers to rebuild safe, resilient schools, homes, and other community infrastructure.
